This is a fantastic example of skin-contact PINOT GRIS. It absolutely beams out of the glass; sheer luminescent beauty! There are softened lashings of guava and melon across the tongue, with a slightly bitter aperitivo twist to finish, making it a very refreshing beverage. It's also made from organic fruit, with absolutely zero additions.
