Tantalising. Strawberry. Turkish delight.
Bloody hell this thing is good. Tantalising and dense aromas of strawberry, turkish delight and rose petals, carried aloft by a a warm spring breeze. There's a kind of 'black sand' reduction here, that pulls you back into the glass. Very alluring. Love Letters is mouth-filling; carries beautifully from the nose to the tongue, with long and concentrated lashings of the exact same delicacies. More a light red than a rosé in its style—akin to the great rosés of Tavel. A truly fine wine, made naturally.
We were allocated six bottles, only.
