Notes from Mark: "Made from 90% Bendigo VERDELHO and 10% Yarra Valley CHARDONNAY, both of which spent 24 hours on skins prior to fermentation. Twelve months ago it was fresh, racy and zippy. It’s at a very different stage of its life now and is showing much more complexity, but it’s still just as gluggable!"
