"This is potentially the most interesting and best 'orange' wine that we have ever made. It is 50% skin-contact RIESLING and 50% CABERNET SAUVIGNON Rosé, fermented on RIESLING skins. Even when in barrel, we knew this would be incredible and out-of-this-world interesting. So much tannin and so much flavour."
