"Our last vintage ever of Malbec as the fruit is not available anymore. This MALBEC is made in a semi-carbonic style, which is rosé pressed onto whole bunches. The rosé starts to ferment whilst the whole bunches undergo carbonic maceration. The wine is then pressed to a puncheon to finish its ferment. The best iteration of this wine that we have made."
