"Twenty twenty one was another dry winter and growing season, but greeted by a mild ripening season, meaning great concentration and slow, oxidative pressing of these grapes.
Zero adulteration. Touch of SO2. Most probably will have a few tartrates. A love for Clare Valley Riesling manifested in a slightly different way."
