This is a high-octane, wild Temp—
not as you'd know it. Funky fresh! Closer to a Poulsard, with that lean fluidity. Lingonberry. Red apple and rhubarb, with a lovely undercurrent of watermelon juice from sip to swallow. Amidst all this lifted fruit, there's a varietal tap of very Tempy spice at play here, wafting in the background.
