A gathering of freshly-plucked MERLOT from Magpie Springs, a well-adored organic vineyard in the southern Adelaide Hills.
Though nimble, silky and tingly to the tongue, there's lots of proud and deeply-toned, dark fruit goodness here. Blackberries. Currants. Salted black plums and some other savoury bits too, with a dainty, tannic grip that pulls it all together.
