Notes from James: 50% of the blend is a co-ferment of whole bunch pressed Chardonnay and whole bunch pressed Tempranillo with some de-stemmed Tempranillo to add some nutrients, colour, texture and flavour. Additional barrels were blended to balance. All wines were aged in old French barrels on fine lees.
