The 2021 Lapin release from Site Fermentation is a beautiful snapshot of this years cherry harvest. Site took their fouder-aged sour blonde ale and re-fermented it on organic Victorian Lapin cherries for two months. It's a vivacious and complex sour showing elegant cherry notes.
