Organically farmed SEMILLON from three different vintages was trapped in old barrels under 'flor'—a protective layer of indigenous yeast that develops nutty ‘spring meadow’ aromas and complex textures.
Must be enjoyed with food: go for smoked almonds and a bowl of Sicilian olives.
