Notes from the Ashley & Jane: clean, crisp, aromatic and flavoursome on release. The ale will, after 3-4 months in bottle, take on a lovely, light, fresh citrus acidity which will keep the ale fresh, bright and 'cleansing' through many more months of ageing. The current release brew is a blend of 4 brews from July 2020 - January 2021. It is the very last Cleansing Ale in its current form!
