Sensation of Colour is the latest in Wildflower's experiments with beer/wine co-fermentations. Undergoing a primary beer ferment then ageing on Brachetto Pomace (skins) brings about a wide variety of flavour completely unique to the time and place it was created. Expect flavours of red berries and guava with a floral perfume and a savoury, slightly phenolic finish. It remains a beer first and foremost, light and refreshing with the skinsy wine element to keep things interesting. A fantastic beer which perfectly showcases the best of both worlds.
